Pricing & Payment
How much does a home visit cost?
Our home visit rate is $79 call-out which includes the first 30 minutes. After that, labour is $99/hr. Most repairs are completed in 1–2 hours. See our full pricing page for a complete breakdown.
How much does remote support cost?
Remote support is a flat $49. We connect to your computer and fix the problem while you watch. Most software issues, email problems, virus removal and settings changes can be handled remotely. See full pricing.
How much does business IT support cost?
Business on-site support is $99 per hour. We also offer flexible managed IT packages for Western Sydney businesses. See business IT support or our managed IT services page for details.
What does No Fix, No Fee mean exactly?
If we cannot solve your problem, you pay nothing — including the home visit. We will always be honest upfront if a repair is not possible before charging any labour. Read our full service guarantee for the complete details.
Do you charge for a diagnosis?
No. Diagnosis is included in the home visit rate. We assess your device, explain exactly what is wrong and what it will cost to fix — then you decide whether to proceed. No separate diagnostic fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments. Payment is due on completion of the job, after you have seen the work done and are satisfied. GST-inclusive tax invoices provided.
Do you provide quotes before starting work?
Always. We never start repair work without giving you a clear upfront quote and your approval. No surprises. This is part of our service guarantee.

Booking & Process
How do I book a repair?
Call 0434 358 263, WhatsApp us, or fill in the booking form. We confirm your booking and give you an arrival window. Most bookings are same-day or next-day.
Do you come to my home?
Yes — we are a fully mobile on-site service. We come to you across Western Sydney and the Hills District. You never need to bring your device to a shop. Compare this to big-box repair options — the difference in convenience is significant.
How quickly can you come?

What happens during a home visit?
Ragu arrives, assesses the problem, explains what he found in plain English, gives an upfront quote, and fixes the issue — usually in the same visit. You watch everything and ask as many questions as you like. Read our about page to learn more about how we work.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Are you insured?

How do I know you will not overcharge me?
We give a full upfront quote before starting. No additional charges without your approval. Our upfront pricing guarantee applies to every job.

Common Problems
My laptop is very slow — can you fix it?
Almost certainly yes. Slow laptops are caused by hard drives (fixed with SSD upgrades), accumulated startup programs (tune-up), or malware (virus removal). We diagnose on-site.
My laptop screen is cracked — is it worth fixing?

I think I have a virus — what should I do?
